Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart, entering the text or image as you go. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


We reserve the right to alter the pre-designed t-shirts without prior notice to the customer. Non Account Customers: Payment by cheque with order, credit card or cash on collection. Account Customers: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Credit accounts will automatically placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment. Returned or re-presented cheques will incur a £25 administration charge. All goods are subject to availability. No returns accepted on any personalised items. Any shortages or non-delivery to be notified to us within 24 hours so that we can make a claim against our carriers. All goods remain the property of The Printbiz until such time they are paid for in full. Any payment by cheque will have to be cleared before goods are produced. Prices quoted do not include carriage. Carriage charges will be shown in full when purchasing online or will be quoted by phone/email at time of order.


Sending Your Logos and Images - If you cannot send your image within the web pages, please send to us once you have made your purchase quoting your order number. Digital Files: All artwork to be a minimum of 300dpi - however lower resolution digital camera images are accepted - we shall contact you should we feel there is a quality issue. Artwork Formats accepted: PSD, EPS, JPG, TIFF, BMP Original Photos are accepted and will be scanned free of charge and returned with your order. Original paper artwork will also be scanned free of charge and returned with your order. Any spelling mistakes of names etc we can not be held liable for. We will however, endeavour to check all artwork thoroughly before production. Clothing - Sizes are a guide only.


Please note that we will embroider and print onto customer supplied garments, however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the garment during the process of embroidery and printing in the event of a machine/garment failure. We will not be liable to replacing that garment, but will embroider and print a customer supplied replacement free of charge. Payment and Production - Due to the nature of the personalised gifts your credit card will be charged prior to the production of your goods.


If payment is made by cheque, production will commence on clearance of the cheque. Prices are subject to change without notice and will be charged in GBP £ Pounds Sterling . Breakages on delivery: Any items delivered damaged should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can claim against our carriers. Replacements will only be sent that match the above time guideline. Tax Charges All orders include 20% VAT, and a full VAT invoice will be sent with your order. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee Quality of Print: All goods will be produced to the same high quality of production as long as our guides for artwork are met: see above.
