Our Services

Embroidery:

Our in-house embroidery machines can embroider up to 14 colours as standard. We digitise your image/design/logo using your JPEG/PDF/PSD/AI/CXD file and send you an image proof before proceeding with the job. We can embroider onto any textiles including hats, and have NO MINIMUM quantity, making The PrintBiz the ideal choice for small businesses. We produce professional results, with minimal leadtimes and can offer mutliple positions of embroidery alone or a mix of embroidery and printed positions (see screen printing and vinyl printing).

With a large catalogue of clothing & headwear to choose from, we can quote for your specific requirements.

The PrintBiz is unique in that we DO NOT charge a set up fee for your embroidery (front breast size upto 10,000 stitches - covers 95% of jobs), making smaller runs more cost effective. We also DO NOT add cost onto our postage charges to make more profit there !!

In House fine art and one colour Screen printing:

We can produce one colour digital screen printing from any type of artwork, without the need for high quantity production runs, using our in-house state-of-the-art screen printer. Without the need for messy chemicals, dark rooms and film positives, we are able to print a screen using environmentally friendly plastisol ink. Our revolutionary screen printing equipment uses thermal screen technology, so it does not involve exposure and drying and is therefore perfect for short-fun printing as well as larger jobs, and is an ideal solution to any one colour print onto textiles. This process is superb for fine designs up to A3 size. The PrintBiz is unique in that it will NOT charge you an additional fee for the screen set up, like many other screen printers.

We can also offer multi colour screen printing using traditional methods along with digital screen transfers, and litho screen transfers.

Flex & Flock:

This printing is the ideal way to decorate your garments, with a 1-3 colour block print our in-house vinyl cutter allows for short runs without the high costs with a durable flex or flock material. This printing technique cuts a design from a foil and is heat pressed to the garment with a professional adhesive, so you do not getting any peeling, cracking or fading after washing. The cutter allows for complex designs to be applied to a variety of garments from our large clothing catalogue or your own supplied garments (so long as they do not have a water proof coating). The flex material is elasticated to allow for movement, and applies flat to the material, therefore is ideal on any fabric, especially sportswear. The flock material has high density fibres for a raised velvety soft feel and look. The PrintBiz is unique in that we DO NOT charge a set up fee, making smaller runs more cost effective.

SUBLIMATION:

Our in-house sublimation system can transform your image onto polyester based clothing and a wide range of printed products, including mugs, phone cases and mousemats. It produces bright, high definition images using a formulated ink that does not fade. The thermal sublimation works by printing the design with specialised ink onto a carrier foil, and this is then transfered onto the product using a thermal process. A special layer on the product reacts with the pigments and attaches them into the products permanently. The end result is a full colour print with extreme durability. As with all out printing processes we DO NOT charge a set up fee, so is ideal for both short and long runs.
