Delivery varies depending upon job.

Our off the shelf items in singular and photo gifts are usually despatched within 2-3 days (or sooner): personalised items may take 5-7 working days.

For large embroidery runs, delivery times will be discussed during the project. However, we can deliver 1,000's of embroidered items within just a few days if required.

All processes we use rely on the highest possible artwork at the beginning of the job. If you're having a new design created, ensure that the original file is created at minimum 300dpi. What might look good on screen at 72dpi for web use is too low quality for image output.

For photo gifts, supply JPEG image at max resolution you can. The better the image supplied, the better the finished product.

For embroidery: again, high resolution artwork is a must to create the best possible digitized file for embroidery.

All formats accepted: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PSD, AI, PDF, CXD

If supplying PNG files for digital printing, make sure file supplied with transparent background.

FLB = Front Left Breast area of garment

FRB = Front Right Breast area of garment

I've registered on the site but not received the verification email?

Quite often, email servers will transfer emails to your spam/junk folder that it thinks are spam. This often includes user registration returns. Email account holders with HOTMAIL, AOL, GMAIL and ME should check their spam folders for the verification email before attempting re-registering.

Placed an order but not received an order confirmation?

Please check your spam/junk folders as often, email providers see auto-responders as spam and will filter your email.

Alternatively, set sales@theprintbiz.com as a friendly email in your email software and never miss an email again.
